Marco is a text-based nutrition tracker. We use AI and food databases to estimate calories and macros from your meal descriptions. Estimates may vary based on portion sizes and food preparation. Access may be invite-only or waitlist-gated.

Not medical advice / liability

Marco is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or health advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nutrition estimates are approximate and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for your health decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marco and its operators are not liable for decisions you make based on information from the service.

SMS / messaging program

By submitting your phone number on the waitlist (or otherwise opting in), you consent to receive recurring automated and personalized texts or iMessages from Marco about your waitlist status, product access, and nutrition tracking conversations. Message frequency varies (typically several messages per day when you are actively logging meals; fewer when idle). Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse messaging or rate limits, or use Marco in ways that violate applicable laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update.
